The dark chocolate of mates! Recommended to me by urushop and they were spot on. Its a dark, intense taste, very much like a dark chocolate taste with a lingering aftertaste but one that is very pleasant and very nice. As it washes out it gets less dark choc and a little more 'grassy' like a typical yerba and seems to fade very nicely. It does have a little hint of a 'smoky' flavour to it, similar to Merced Barbacoa, but is a very nice touch. My only concern with this yerba is its size -100g is just not big enough! :-) This is a unique and different yerba and I would recommend everyone give it a try. I really hope this one day comes in 500g bags, as 5 boxes of this would be a bit expensive, because I really like this one! It's my new favourite!
