Personalised (Engraved) Items

• We engrave your item with the wording, font and position you choose and confirm before you order. Please check them carefully: we engrave exactly the text you have confirmed. Orders with engraving are dispatched 1 working day later than usual.
• Because we make personalised items to your own wording, you won’t have a legal right to cancel or return them if you change your mind. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can: if we haven’t engraved your item yet, we’ll always try to cancel it and refund you.
• If an item is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match what you ordered or the wording you confirmed, you can reject it within 30 days for a refund; after that we will repair or replace it, or agree a price reduction or final rejection. We are legally required to supply goods that match your order, and this doesn’t affect your legal rights.
• We don’t engrave swear words, or wording that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit or unlawful, or other people’s trade marks, logos or crests. If your wording breaks this rule we won’t engrave it: we’ll email you before we start, with the reason, and you can choose different wording or have a full refund, delivery included. You won’t be charged for this.
