The Flask looses heat relatively quick

I use this flask all day at the office but it’s a shame it doesn’t work as well as something like a hydro flask.

But I’m willing to bare with it cause of the flasks nozzle is useful! The rest of the bundle is great!

I'm sorry to hear this. Please know the flask should not lose heat quickly, although over the course of a day, it will gradually lose heat.

If losing heat quickly, we advise you make a quick check where the heat is being lost: If through the spout, do remember to close the spout and replace the thermal lid when the flask is not in use.

If it is losing heat through the walls (i.e. the flask is hot to touch around the sides) then the item is faulty, with the vacuum seal lost. In that case, please get in touch with us at support@urushop.co.uk and give us your order number and we'll get that resolved for you

Thermo doesn't keep the temperature

The cup is awesome and the thermo is really comfortable m However, it doesn't keep the water at its temperature. It's not a real thermo... which I'm really disappointed about

Hi, I'm sorry to know you are disappointed with the cup. It is vaccum sealed around the cup, but of course it is open at the top, so whilst there are thermal properties, and the cup shouldn't heat up, it just helps maintain the temperature, it will not fully maintain the temperature. The thermal properties are superior to a non vacuum cup, such as a gourd, or a ceramic mate. The flask however should be fully thermal with the lid on.
