Yerba Mate Cbse Silueta contains added zinc which contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism, and the various B vitamins that contribute the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal energy-yielding metabolism such as B2 (Riboflavin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6, B12: all of which provide 20% of the recommended daily allowance in a 50g serving of CbSe Silueta.
This is then topped off with a delicious blend of herbs and apple.

Brewing Your Yerba Mate
The tradition of drinking yerba mate is such an important part of the South American culture, specifically in Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil, although it is also enjoyed in other South American countries. Typically, it is drunk from a natural gourd (a hollowed out fruit) used as a cup, and then sipped through a metal straw known as a bombilla that has a filtered end to separate the infusion from the yerba leaves.
In Paraguay it is more traditional to enjoy mate or tereré from a Guampa (mate cup made from horn) or a wooden cup, but of course, Paraguayan yerba is just as suited to drinking from a natural gourd, or any other type of mate cup, of course with a bombilla!
