Black turtle beans are a real staple around the world, and especially in Brazil. The famous “Feijoada” is a stew of black turtle beans with beef and pork. It is popular in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Timor, Goa, and Macau.
