Dry Mix Spices to make Chimichurri
Chimichurri is a traditional blend of spices. The most common uses are as a meat condiment/seasoning or a dip for bread and/or cheese. It can also be used as a seasoning for other dishes such as rice or pasta. It is popular in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.Usually a blend of garlic, parsley, oregano and a variety of other spices it is a delicious addition to any meal.
To Prepare: mix one part Chimichurri, one part water and one part vinegar. Allow to hydrate for a few minutes then add oil if desired
