A bombilla is a straw for drinking yerba mate. It is usually made from metal, but can also be made from cane, wood and plastic. This bombilla is made from Alpaca, sometimes known as German Silver. This alpaca bombilla is exquisitely designed, a highly shiny piece with lovely patterns engraved around the mouth piece. It is curved at the mouth piece from comfort of use.

Yerba mate is a deliciously bitter tea enjoyed in the southern countries of South America, especially Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
