Don Gaucho Criolla Chimichurri Sauce
This is a Criolla Chimichurri blended sauce made from a delicious and traditional mix of spices. It is very popular in Uruguay and Argentina as an accompaniment to meat. It can also be added to fish, rice and pasta dishes or used as a dip with bread and cheese. Chimichurri gives a great, rich and authentic South American flavour. This “Criolla” blend incorporates onions, pepper and tomatoes which are the vegetables that form the base of all Criolla sauces.
This chimichurri sauce is ready to use in a bottle which makes it so easy to simply add to your food and enjoy! Before use this item can be stored at room temperature. However after opening, please store in the fridge and use within 30 days. Enjoy the authentic Argentine Gaucho taste with your meat without the stress of preparing the sauce from scratch!
