Thanks to the guys at Uru Shop! I now have a beautiful ceramic gourd and a good quality bombilla for my tea. I have enjoyed using these for three weeks now, and I can tell they will last. No build-up of rust as started to happen with a cheap one I bought in Bolivia. I really recommend getting the one with the detachable end, as it is so easy to clean. Always very easy to unscrew, almost too easy as it does come a little loose occasionally, but not really an issue for me. I use mine for any kind of loose-leaf tea, and always a winner. The gourd keeps the heat in very well, and just lovely feel of it to hold. I'm glad I went for the more natural coloured ceramic one, rather than say a purple or green one. Thanks again! I have just started my journey with drinking yerba mate. I have done my homework and after all that research that I made I decided to buy this ceramic mate as my first and I don't regret it because it is amazing. It is very easy to clean! I really like the shape of it! The look of how is it made to imitate natural beehive it is just amaizing! I love it!

It's a good size for a large brew, and it feels sturdy, and looks fine. But it doesn't feel good in the hand as it has a rough finish, I don't use it anymore. I prefer something smooth in my hand like the gourd or glass.
