Large Ceramic Mate Cup Choice of Colours with Bombilla

Well worth it, bought after owning a few different calabash cups, it’s so much easier to clean and maintain – by not having to do the curing process at all, just simply washing after use. As a daily Maté drinker, its the most well rounded cup I own.

I decided to give Herba Mate a go after listing to a podcast from a very respected neuroscientist about its amazing health benefits including weight loss. The cup and straw and huge box of the herb all arrived perfectly and are lovely. However URRRRRGGGG, I literally cannot drink this very bitter herb. I am gutted as I am very open to trying all new things, especially natures pharmacy, but I have found this herb to be beyond bitter and I just cannot stomach it. I wish I could and will persevere but my goodness does it taste awful. I know its a massive part of millions of peoples liquid diets but my tastebuds and palate are just saying NO NO NO.

I love a herbal tea and have read many benefits from the Brazilian Mate. It's grassy, fresh and hopefully helps fight free radicals. I also purchased Mullien tea to help with winter inflammation and mucus removal.
