Delicious Faina! Faina is a type of flat bread which is popular in Argentina and Uruguay. The main ingredient is gram flour – chickpea flour – and it is best enjoyed with white pepper. The mix is like a type of batter that is then added to a hot tray in a hot oven and baked into a flatbread. It is then served in slices as a side dish or starter. It is often eaten with pizza. This mix contains all of the dry ingredients. All that is needed is to add water, mix and then bake.
Ingredients: Chickpea flour, pea flour, flour, folic acid
To Prepare:
Heat your oven to maximum.
Mix contents of packet with 3 cups of water
Bake
Ingredients: Gram flour, pea flou, wheat flour, enriched with iron and folic acid
