Shipping, Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please email support@urushop.co.uk stating your order number, and you will be refunded in full, providing the order hasn’t been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it can be returned, unused for a full refund. For unwanted items, the period for returns is 28 days.

When the delivery arrives, please check it carefully. All of our items are scanned as they are packed and the packing area is filmed to check outgoing orders so we are confident your order will arrive as ordered. However in the usual situation where an item is missing please let us know within 7 days of receipt.

If an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace the item. Please email photo(s) and/or video(s) that show the problem to support@urushop.co.uk . If the damage is not possible to show on a photo or video, or you do not have access to email such files, please return the item instead. If you prefer a refund, please return the item.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight. For the UK we operate on the following postage costs:

When passing through checkout, you can select which delivery method you use. Listed below are all the methods we offer with estimated delivery times (depending on the weight of your parcel, only some will be available to you):

Fast Tracked Delivery: next working day (if the next day is the weekend, you may receive your order on Saturday or Sunday)

Standard delivery: 2-4 working days, but may take a little longer

Free delivery 2-4 working days but it may take a little longer. There is an option to upgrade to Fast tracked delivery, please select this if your order is urgent.

Tracking will be supplied on the day of shipping. We strongly urge you to keep an eye on tracking if your order isn’t delivered within 4 working days. Sometimes there may have been a problem with delivery and you haven’t been notified by the carrier.

All orders are too large for a standard letterbox, so someone needs to be available to receive the parcel. If your order is shipped by Royal Mail, delivery will be attempted once. If no one is in, a calling card is left and it is your responsibility to collect it from the sorting office within 3 weeks.

If your order is shipped by courier, delivery is usually the following working day after shipment. If no one is in a calling card is left and delivery is either attempted the next day or taken to a local pickup location or depot (depending on courier used). If delivery is attempted again and there is still no one available to sign for the parcel, is it your responsibility to arrange with the depot to collect the parcel within 5 working days, or another delivery can be arranged for a fee. Non Mainland UK

We are pleased to annouce that we can ship to non-mainland locations such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, English Islands for the same cost as regular UK delivery.

To our valued customers living in the EU, due to the new arrangements of tax and customs surrounding Brexit, you can expect to pay import VAT and an admin fee to receive goods.

We advise checking locally for the actual charges you might expect, but to give you a rough idea, you can apply your local rate of VAT for the items purchased (which is usually lower for yerba mate and food). The admin fee WILL vary but to give you an idea, a typical admin fee would be £12.

If you wish to proceed, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

For countries not in the European Union, shipping costs will calculate as you proceed through checkout. Most countries are limited to a maximum of 1.8kg, but for some well-transited countries such as the USA we can also offer to some countries competitive rates. We use a fully tracked service.

Delivery would usually be within 1-2 weeks, but can sometimes take up to 4 weeks (6 weeks for Russia) in case of inspection of parcels on entry.
