Easy 2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes with Dulce de Leche
You’ll love these banana pancakes with dulce de leche.. SO easy they are literally child’s play! With only two ingredients that you probably have at home, you’ll just need the Dulce de Leche and you’re good to go.
Have you ever wanted to make the perfect pancake and found yours to be too watery, or too thick? Not much can go wrong with this recipe, so read on.
1 Banana (very ripe if possible, but any will do)
For the filling you can choose anything you like, but we suggest Dulce de Leche
This made 3 pancakes, although I’ll warn you they were pretty good, so you might like to double (or triple) up on the ingredients!
Making these delicious banana and dulce de leche pancakes couldn’t be easier. Simply blend up the eggs and banana – we used a mini food blender, but you could also use a stick blender, smoothie type machine such as a NutriBullet, or just mash the bananas with a fork and mix with beaten egg.
Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan and then poured in the desired quantity of pancake batter. Use more for a large pancake and less for a small one. Once the pancake is brown on the underside (after cooking for about a minute), you should be able to move it around freely in the frying pan. At this point you need to turn it over. Use a spatula to do this, or if feeling brave, flip it! Slightly brown the other side – probably another minute and then its ready! repeat until all the pancakes are made.
Spread a generous helping of Dulce de Leche (we used Onda-Onda) and roll up. Be sure to eat while hot
So it couldn’t be easier, and actually because this recipe doesn’t use any flour, it has the added bonus of being gluten-free. Even if you don’t follow a gluten-free diet, banana is a great, healthy alternative to flour.
