Dulce de Leche Recipe: Chocolate Cups
This recipe for chocolate cups filled with dulce de leche is easy to make and impressive to serve!
Dulce de Leche caramel
Chopped nuts (any kind depending on your taste, but we recommend walnuts which are an excellent combination with dulce de leche)
Small paper cases
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. Spoon a teaspoon of the melted chocolate into the paper cases. Use a small brush to spread the chocolate around the case, then put in the fridge to allow to set. While waiting for the chocolate to set, mix the dulce de leche and the chopped nuts together and set aside.
Once the chocolate is firm, fill the cups with the dulce de leche and nut filling. Use more melted chocolate to cover the top and decorate with nuts. Refrigerate again until set.
