Each La Merced blend is a single-origin selection, sourced from specific growing regions across Misiones and Corrientes. The leaves are carefully harvested at peak maturity and naturally aged for 12 months to develop a smooth, complex flavour with none of the harshness found in mass-market yerba.

The range includes distinct regional profiles. Campo Sur, grown in the temperate south of Misiones, delivers a gentle and refined infusion. De Monte comes from subtropical forest shade, producing a bolder, more robust character. Barbacua is dried over wood fire using a traditional Guarani technique, giving it a rich, smoky depth.
