CBSé
CBSé (pronounced “seh-beh-SEH”) is an Argentine yerba mate brand that pioneered flavoured and herbal blends. Founded in 1978 in Córdoba, CBSé created Argentina’s first herbal yerba mate — Hierbas Serranas — and went on to launch the country’s first flavoured yerba mate range in 1997. The name comes from “cebar”, the Spanish verb meaning to prepare and serve mate.
Today CBSé is one of Argentina’s most recognisable yerba mate brands, offering the widest range of flavoured varieties on the market. From the refreshing citrus of Grapefruit and Lemon to the berry-rich Forest Fruits, the energising Guarana blend, and the classic herbal Hierbas Serranas, there is a CBSé for every palate. The Silueta line adds digestive herbs, while Regulase features natural plum for gentle support.
CBSé is an ideal starting point if you are new to yerba mate — the fruit and herbal infusions soften the bitterness and make your first mate experience smooth and approachable. It is also a popular choice for tereré, the cold-brewed version of mate enjoyed in summer.
