Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days with Royal Mail. We also offer next-day delivery options at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Below that, standard shipping starts at £3.49. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most European countries and selected destinations worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply for orders outside the UK.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update your address. Once shipped, we’re unable to redirect the parcel — but get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately via our contact page or the chat widget. Once shipped, you can return it under our returns policy.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products. Perishable goods (yerba mate, food items) can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I get a refund?
Contact us with your order number and reason for the refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

What is yerba mate?
Yerba mate is a traditional South American drink made from the dried leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis plant. It’s naturally caffeinated, rich in antioxidants, and enjoyed by millions across Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Brazil. Learn more on our health benefits page.
How much caffeine is in yerba mate?
A typical serving contains 30–50 mg of caffeine — similar to green tea. Over a full mate session with multiple refills, you’ll consume around 80–150 mg, comparable to a cup of coffee. The caffeine release is gentler and more sustained than coffee.
How should I store yerba mate?
Keep yerba mate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. An airtight container works best. Properly stored, yerba mate stays fresh for 1–2 years from the production date.
What's the difference between a bombilla spoon filter and spring filter?
A spoon filter (cuchara) has small holes at the flat end — it’s traditional and works well with most yerba. A spring filter has a coiled spring that catches fine particles — ideal for yerba with lots of dust (polvo). Both work great; it’s mostly personal preference.
How do I clean my mate gourd?
After each use, empty the used yerba and rinse with warm water (no soap). Let it dry upside down with airflow. For a deeper clean, fill with warm water and a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, leave overnight, then rinse. See our gourd care guide for detailed tips.

How do I reset my password?
Go to the password reset page, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to create a new password.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status in My Account → Orders.
How do I subscribe to back-in-stock notifications?
On any out-of-stock product page, you’ll see a “Notify Me When Available” button. Enter your email and we’ll alert you as soon as it’s back in stock.
