Shipping costs are calculated by weight. For the UK we operate on the following postage costs:

Delivery Options
- Fast Tracked Delivery: Next working day (if the next day is the weekend, you may receive your order on Saturday or Sunday)
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days, but may take a little longer
- Free Delivery: 2-4 working days. Option to upgrade to Fast Tracked if urgent.
Tracking will be supplied on the day of shipping. All orders are too large for a standard letterbox, so someone needs to be available to receive the parcel.
Non Mainland UK: We ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and English Islands for the same cost as regular UK delivery.
🇪🇺 EU Shipping
Due to Brexit arrangements, EU customers may pay import VAT and admin fees. We recommend checking locally for expected charges.
Typical additional costs include local VAT rate (usually lower for yerba mate and food) plus an admin fee of approximately £12.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
🌍 Rest of World
Note: We have temporarily suspended shipping to the USA due to tariffs. We will resume when we have reliable delivery options.
For other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout. Most countries are limited to 1.8kg maximum. Delivery is usually within 1-2 weeks.
Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email [email protected] stating your order number. You will be refunded in full, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.
Returns for Unwanted Items
For unwanted items, the return period is 28 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please send returns with a note including your order number to:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it. Please email photos and/or videos showing the problem to [email protected]. If you prefer a refund, please return the item.
Missing Items
All items are scanned during packing and our packing area is filmed. If an item appears to be missing, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will investigate.
